Preston Farm Pharmacy is an independent distant selling (online) Pharmacy. It is managed by Mr Felix Unigwe our registered pharmacist. Mr Unigwe graduated with a pharmacy degree 1994. Has a Post Graduate Diploma from University of Sunderland and Master’s Degree in Community Pharmacy from Queens University Belfast. He has vast experience gained from working with different community pharmacy chains and pharmaceutical companies.
Jenny Thomas is our qualified dispenser NVQ level 2. She previously worked with various large pharmacy chains for over 9 years before joining Preston Farm Pharmacy Ltd. She has experience in the care home sector including packing medication and liaising with care homes as well as dispensing in the community pharmacy
We keep records of all your prescriptions dispensed by us as well as records of other services we provide to you. This helps us check for possible problems, such as reactions between medicines and will help us deal with any queries you may have. Our computer allows us to keep these records. We are registered with The Information Commissioners Office and comply with the Data Protection Act and the NHS code of practice on confidentiality. If you want to discuss the records we keep, please ask to speak to a member of staff or the pharmacist.
